At Durbanville Mindset Movement, we help runners of all levels achieve their fitness goals while building mental resilience and a strong sense of community. Whether you’re chasing a personal best or simply want to improve your overall fitness, we offer flexible options to suit your needs.

How It Works

1.⁠ ⁠Group Sessions Package

Perfect for runners looking to improve their fitness and work toward milestones like 5km, 10km, or 21km. Here’s what you’ll get:

  • Customizable Options: Join our beginner, intermediate, or advanced groups based on your current fitness level and goals.
  • Mindset Movement App: Stay on track with access to our app. If you miss a group run, you can complete it on your own using the session guidance.
  • Weekly Sessions: Four in-person group runs each week, plus 1 or 2 online strength sessions designed to improve your running-specific strength. These can be done at home or at the gym.
  • Exclusive Access: Participate in our camps and special events focused on improving your physical fitness and mental resilience.

If you have a specific running goal—like a personal best, a marathon, or a unique fitness challenge—our private coaching is the best option. Your coach will create a tailored plan designed around your goals while incorporating the Durbanville group sessions for added variety and community support.
