At Mindset Movement, we support runners of all levels in achieving their fitness ambitions while fostering mental resilience and a vibrant community spirit. Whether you’re aiming for a personal best or simply looking to enhance your overall fitness, we have tailored options to meet your needs.

How It Works

GROUP SESSIONS PACKAGE
Designed for runners focused on improving their fitness and reaching milestones like 5 km, 10 km, or 21 km, our program includes:

Science-Backed Group Runs:
Participate in four early morning group runs each week.

Customizable Plans:
When you sign up, you have the option to follow a structured building run plan or to select a program that best fits your goals, from beginner 5 km to advanced 21 km.

Strength Training Options:
Access varied strength training options suited for everyone, which can be done either at home or in the gym.

Mindset Movement App:
Your personalized program will be loaded onto the Mindset Movement app, ensuring it aligns with our group runs as much as possible. If you miss a session, you can easily complete it independently using our app’s guidance.

Exclusive Experiences:
Join our camps and special events aimed at further enhancing both your physical fitness and mental toughness.

Join us for only R1150 per month and experience the journey of becoming a stronger runner while being part of a supportive community!

*Month-to Month contract with a 30 Day cancellation period

All indoor strength sessions are at 90 upper Canterbury Str (CBD)
Road runs – Seapoint / Waterfront V&A / Camps bay
Trail runs – Weekdays : Lions head / Table mountain side
Weekends : We move around Cape Town
