Hi , I’m Kyle

I have been coaching for 20 years in all aspects of fitness so I have a very broad knowledge of training and human behavior which I have not only applied to myself but also hundreds of athletes to achieve what they thought was unattainable.

As your coach, what it ultimately boils down to for me is your commitment to giving your all to the plan and maintaining consistency in the training and protocols I set out for you . As time progresses, I anticipate that our communication as coach and athlete will evolve, leading to overall improvement for us as a team.This is the most important variable to ensure consistency and success however we cannot force it , but by both of us putting in equal effort, this will contribute to our long-term success.

I am here to support and guide you however it is not my responsibility to run after you for feed back . I take my job very seriously and I appreciate people who take themselves serious. If something isn’t working you need to reach out immediately so we can adapt and overcome.

In our coaching relationship I will coach you to achieve the goal/goals we set out which will include:

  • Complete nutrition program with weekly check ins and adjustments if needed.
  • Supplement protocols
  • Performance protocols
  • Mindset coaching
  • Access to all group training sessions (CPT Residents)
