If you want a more personal touch, accountability, and guidance around your training, stress, and recovery, you can apply for one-on-one coaching. This includes personalised programming, weekly check-ins, and direct support throughout your build.

One-on-One Coaching

Work directly with Rebecca or Kyle through fully personalised one-on-one coaching.
 
This option is for athletes who want accountability, guidance, and a program built around real life, not just ideal training weeks.
 
What’s included:

• Programming built around your external stress, work, and busy life
• Weekly check-ins through your Typeform check-in link or via TrainingPeaks

Structured Training Plans (Self-Coached)

These are standardised, self-coached training programs built specifically for Karkloof. Each plan is structured, progressive, and designed to get you to the start line confident and prepared.
 
Once you sign up, your program is loaded and scheduled in TrainingPeaks to begin the correct number of weeks before race day, based on the distance you select. The full plan then unfolds week by week exactly as intended, removing guesswork and keeping your training on track.
