Hi , I’m Rebecca

Running has always been part of my life, but my path to the trails wasn’t a straight line. I started out as a track athlete, chasing times and goals, until a serious hip injury and repeated stress fractures forced me to stop and rethink everything. What felt like the end of my running career turned out to be the beginning of something far more meaningful.

During my recovery, I discovered trail running – not as a replacement, but as a way back to loving the sport again. The mountains taught me patience, resilience, and respect for my body. Step by step, I rebuilt myself, learning how to train smarter, fuel properly, and listen when my body needed rest. Those lessons have shaped both the athlete and coach I am today.

Since then, I’ve been fortunate to compete at an international level and achieve results I once thought were out of reach. My proudest moments aren’t just the races – they’re the quiet breakthroughs, the consistency, and the trust I’ve rebuilt with my body.

As a coach, I work with runners of all abilities, helping them navigate their own journeys with honesty, balance, and purpose. I believe strong performances come from sustainable training, good fueling, and a healthy relationship with running. My goal is to help athletes feel confident, resilient, and excited about the process – not just the finish line.

Whether you’re aiming for your first trail race or your next ultra, my goal is to help you train with purpose, stay injury-free, and enjoy the process of becoming a stronger athlete.

Running gave me a second chance. Now, I love helping others find theirs.
