This is not just another training program. 12 Hours of Darkness is a 12-week endurance and mindset coaching experience designed to harness your inner strength and fuel personal growth. Through the unique challenge of moving continuously through the night (whether you walk or run), you’ll discover resilience, build confidence, and unlock a deeper sense of self.

For 12 hours from dusk till dawn, you will be guided to push your limits at your own pace. The stillness of the night offers a unique backdrop for reflection, helping you develop mental clarity and emotional calm even as you challenge your body. With each week, you’ll build not only physical endurance, but also the discipline and self-awareness that come from consistent, mindful training.

Program Overview
Over 12 weeks, you’ll follow a structured plan that combines physical training with mindset coaching and support:
• 12-week structured training plan via TrainingPeaks , delivering daily and weekly workouts tailored to your level
• Weekly mindset practices , exercises to strengthen mental resilience and focus
• Journaling, breathwork, and cold exposure tools , proven techniques to build inner strength and calm
• Weekly check-ins (text or email) personalized accountability and guidance
• Monthly group coaching call or optional live meetup , connect with your coach and fellow participants for support and motivation
•⁠ ⁠Access to group runs ( CPT only )

Phase Breakdown
Your journey is divided into three progressive phases, each building on the last:
• Month 1: Build the Base . Establish a routine, set clear intentions, and commit to daily movement. This foundation phase focuses on developing consistency and a strong aerobic base.
• Month 2: Train the Mind . Introduce longer training sessions and practice moving at night (through evening runs or walks) to build resilience. You’ll learn to embrace discomfort, adapt to different conditions, and strengthen your mental fortitude.
• Month 3: Step into the Dark . Prepare for the final 12-hour effort with simulation runs and focused mental training. In this phase, you’ll practice overnight movements and hone your mindset, cultivating the clarity and confidence needed for your ultimate night-long challenge.
